All things Army

Both boys love the Army and being Army Men...While we were in Colorado for those few days we went to the Army post right by my parents house(and also where Vinny was stationed and where Tucker was born) and we let the boys explore the vehicles. It was cold, but they LOVED IT. For Christmas my mom and dad got the boys Army Men clothes...they had fun dressing up and they take it so seriously...especially Tucker. The last picture is Tucker representing Daddy's old unit from when he was in the Army...3rd ACR...oh the memories!! Tucker said when he grows up he wants to be an Army man so he can fight the Transformers 8-)

My kids listen so well...

Today we had a playdate at one of my favorite resturants in all of the Houston Area...Clay's..it's a fun resturant with barn animals to feed, a sand box to get messy in, and good food....The boys and a few of their friends listen oh so well...well maybe not :D We were all cracking up!

Not successful..yet again

I tried to post a video of the boys playing this new game they created, but was not successful...It's from my camera so I think it is in the right fromat, so I will try to figure it out tomorrow, but for now I am going to watch Top Chef...it's a new one and I can't miss it :D

2 firsts in one day!

So it's crazy....2 firsts in one day....

Trey has been diaper free now for 14 hours :D For quite a while now Trey has not been wearing diapers or pullups while we are home. I haven't changed a poopy diaper in almost a month. He will only poop in the potty, even if we are out...Usually when we go out he wears a pullup, but today he decided he didn't want to and I was not thrilled about that idea because we've tried that a couple of other times and it was not successful, but today....no accidents NOT A SINGLE ONE So today we took Tucker to school, went to Target and McDonalds, then the Petco, picked Tuck up from school, went to the soccer store to buy cleats, and then home....he even took a nap from 5-930(which is why he is awake now) without an accident!!!!!

I am stoked....seriously...I've been changing diapers for a week shy of 4 years! I'm so proud of my Big Boy!!!!

Another 1st

We recently signed Tucker up for soccer at the YMCA. We should have our first practice either this week or next, so I went out and bought Tucker his very first pair of soccer cleats. They are the most adorable thing I've ever seen and he's going to be the coolest kid on the team :D

Movie Day

We had a very lazy Sunday...just hanging out watching movies and playing. So we made a comfy "bed" on the floor and watched part of Harry Potter and then Transformers. It was a good way to spend a Sunday!

Finally!!

So I finally figured it out...It only took me WAY WAY WAY too long to do so, but whatever it is worth it! And in the process I got the computer in the guest room working again!

Not so good

So my first post didn't go so good...I made 2 cute little slide shows of the boys and I kept having to redo them and then my computer was being SO SLOW...then I finally get it done and it says the code isn't the right format so I try another site remake the slide shows and it still isn't working..ugh sometimes I hate technology..It shouldn't be that dang hard or complicated and on top of it my computer is making it difficult....

It is WAY WAY past my bed time....and I'm giving up for tonight...maybe tomorrow the computer won't act up.....I WILL fix that first post tomorrow..well I guess it's actually today......grrrrrr.......

The main reason for this blog....

......is to show you all how much the boy change because they change so much so fast......

Here's Tucker's journey thus far...

Tucker was born February 2, 2005 at Ft. Carson, Colorado weighing 8lb 7.5 oz and was 19.5 inches long. He was such an easy going baby and toddler. He is just about to turn 4 and I really can't believe it. Tucker has a pretty distinctive personality, he know's what he likes and doesn't like and isn't afraid to tell it. He loves fishing, sports, and spending time with his daddy.


Now, here is Trey's journey...

Trey was born June 5, 2006 in Katy, Texas weighing 7lb 9oz and was 20 and 1/4 inches tall. He was an incredibly picky baby, he knew what he liked and didn't even when he was still in the womb. Trey is a huge momma's boy, but he loves to fight. He favorite things to do are arts and crafts, cuddling with his momma, and singing. I'm in total denial that in a little over 4 short months he will already be 3.
